利用規約

私の全ての楽曲に適用している利用規約として、以下の物があります。

  • 私の作品の一切の改変をせずに公開する(=転載する)事を禁止します。
  • 公開している譜面データ・楽曲を用いた二次創作は許可します。
  • 作品を利用・二次創作した場合、YouTubeかニコニコ動画のURLを記載する必要があります。
  • アレンジ楽曲が基本という性質上商用利用は禁止します。(カプコン等に許可を取る必要があるため)

以上の事柄を守る限り、私の作品の利用を咎める事はありません。
本規約は形態が違うため一概に比較は出来ませんが、CC-BY-NC-SAの影響を受けているライセンスとなります。


Terms of Use

The following are the terms of use that apply to all of my music.

  • I prohibit the publication (=reproduction) of my works without any modification.
  • Secondary creation using the published score data and music is permitted.
  • If you use my work or create a second work, you must include the YouTube or Nico Nico Douga URL.
  • Commercial use is prohibited due to the nature of the music arrangement. (This is because it is necessary to obtain permission from Capcom, etc.)

As long as the above matters are adhered to, I will not condemn the use of my work.
This agreement cannot be compared in general because of the difference in form, but the license is under the influence of CC-BY-NC-SA.
